About Us
Inspiring Positive Change
Team of We Happyville has been a community staple in Baltimore since 2016. Founded in 2019 by Arthur Lewis Jr., the organization has become a cornerstone of support for communities across Baltimore. Inspired by his own mental health journey, Arthur created Team of We to provide a nurturing environment for youth facing similar challenges.
Through our partnerships with Baltimore City Schools, we promote fitness and nutrition in nine schools and have expanded our reach to 15 recreation centers across the city. Our programs aim to enhance the emotional and physical health of students, helping to mitigate the negative outcomes in communities.
Our Mission and Vision
At Team of We Happyville, our mission is to empower individuals to maintain optimum physical health through fitness and nutrition while fostering positive self-esteem and essential life skills. We aim to inspire resilience by promoting mental, physical, and spiritual strength, helping individuals overcome adversity and thrive.

Our vision is to create a holistic, healthy lifestyle for at-risk families in urban communities. We aspire to reduce obesity, improve mental health, and enhance academic performance by providing comprehensive support through fitness programs, nutrition education, and life skills development. By motivating and educating individuals, we aim to build stronger, healthier communities characterized by resilience, positive attitudes, and a commitment to well-being.
